Deepak has over 27 years of experience in the ITES industry. Prior to joining Digicall, he was working with Spanco BPO as GM & Site head at the Dehradun / Gurgaon centers of the company. He is COPC trained and Six Sigma Green Belt certified/ Black belt. Deepak has worked for few of the Top BPO players in India, Swan Marketing, Telstra Australia, Mphasis (EDS), First Source Solutions LTD, Tech Mahindra, and Spanco, DigiCall BPO before joining FirstCall. He has multi-industry experience had an opportunity to serve varied portfolios in diverse industry segments and have achieved competence in the setting up of servicing contact centers including Recruitment, Training, Transition, Quality, Operations, training, Admin,Finance and Vendor Management.
