Operations Head


Mamtha has around 17+ years of Experience in BPO and currently associated with Firstcall as Operations Lead. From Past 13 years working with several clients and handled various operational challenges, also involved in day to day activities assiting team members. Has Proficiency at grasping new concepts quickly & utilising the same in a productive manner.

Previously worked with I-Process and V serve Limited.

Venkatesh is an accomplished professional with over 8 years of experience in the BPO industry. He has progressed from an initial role as a Customer Support Executive to his current position as a Team Leader at Firstcall.

Over the past 5 years, he has consistently demonstrated leadership capabilities by effectively managing teams and addressing various challenges within the BPO environment. He is actively involved in day-to-day activities, providing guidance and support to team members.

Veena Rani is an accomplished professional with over 5+ years of experience in the BPO industry. Currently Associated with Firstcall from last 2 years. She has progressed from an initial role as a Customer Support Executive to her current position as a Trainer at Firstcall.

Over the past 1 year, she has consistently demonstrated trainer capabilities by effectively training the batches and addressing various challenges within the BPO environment. Veena is actively involved in day-to-day activities, providing guidance and support to team members.

Anantha Lakshmi is professional with over 5+ years of experience in the BPO industry. Currently Associated with Firstcall from last 2 years. She has progressed from an initial role as a Tele Sales Executive to her current position as a Quality Analyst at Firstcall.

Over the past 7 Months, she has consistently demonstrated Quality capabilities by effectively auditing the calls and addressing various challenges within the BPO environment. Anantha Lakshmi is actively involved in day-to-day activities, providing guidance and support to team members.
